About REAL-GAS

REAL-GAS GmbH & Co.KG is located at Martinsried near Munich and was founded in 1998 to form a specialist company for three different product lines:

• Gas sensors for O.E.M. applications
  This product line covers sensors for flammable gases and vapours as well as different electro-chemical sensors for toxic gases and oxygen.
  
  
• Gas transmitters for O.E.M. applications
  This product line covers transmitters which offer a standard signal output of 4-20 mA and which use standard REAL-GAS gas sensors, including a CO2-transmitter based on the I.R. principle. The different gas transmitters are also available as part of complete gas detectors, for example for CO and NO2 monitoring in underground car parks.
  
  
• Test gas mixtures for the regular testing of fixed gas detectors and portable gas detectors on accuracy and functionality. Hundreds of different gas mixtures are available filled into lightweight and handy non-refillable aluminium cans offering different sizes.

With four decades of experience in gas detection, the core competences of REAL-GAS include comprehensive knowledge of regulations and applications of gas detectors together with that of test gas mixtures.
